What We Do
Our services include environmental, investigations for due-diligence, Official Plan Amendment, Zoning Plan Amendment, Site Plan Approvals. This includes Brownfield investigations, Phase One, Two Environmental Site Assessments, soil and/or groundwater investigation including remediation, and filing of Record of Site Condition.
We also conduct due diligence Building/Property Condition Assessments to ASTM standard.
