What We Do
Our services include environmental, geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning Plan Amendment, Site Plan Approvals. This includes Brownfield investigations, Phase One, Two Environmental Site Assessments, soil and/or groundwater investigation including remediation, and filing of Record of Site Condition.
We provide full support for construction quality assurance/control inspections and materials testing.
Due diligence assessments such as Building/Property Condition Assessments to ASTM standard, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments to CSA Standards are conducted by qualified engineers.
